- All deposits made for The Official Turkey Weekender 2024 are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- By submitting a booking form, it will be deemed that the terms and conditions of refunds have been read and accepted. [web designer notes – to be added to the booking form with a link to refund page]
- In the event of an unforeseen circumstance arising and you are unable to attend the event, documentary support of your non-attendance will be required.
- If you request a refund of your payment, authorisation will take place within 5 working days of your request and once authorised, payment will be made to the booking lead within a 90 day period (Minus deposit).
- SAFETY / PROPERTY / FILMING
- 1LS Events do not accept responsibility for loss of property or any injuries obtained during the event. please ensure you have obtained travel insurance prior to the event.
- Filming will be taking place during The Official Turkey Weekender, if you do not wish to be filmed, please avoid areas where filming will be taking place.
